About Us
The Association of Critical Infrastructure Operators (hereinafter referred to as ACIO) is the only industry association in Ukraine that has consolidated critical infrastructure enterprises across essential service sectors — including heat, water, electricity, gas supply, and others.
The Association was established in early 2025 in response to the accumulation of systemic challenges in the critical infrastructure sector, the growing risks to its functioning, and the need for more coordinated interaction among operators, government institutions, and international partners. The full-scale war has further intensified these challenges, making resilience, service continuity, and the restoration of critical systems key priorities for the security of the country and millions of Ukrainians.

In its activities, the Association focuses on strengthening the operational and technical resilience of critical infrastructure facilities, developing the regulatory environment and human capital, implementing modern technologies, and fostering international cooperation, based on the real needs of operators.
